All Natural Up-Cycled Food Products

Our new online store was born out of the growing demand for our all-natural and upcycled food products. The beauty of dehydrated foods is that they develop even richer flavors over time when you use them. Rather than an initial synthetic or artificial taste, our products become more and more delicious as they marinate and infuse—slow, good, food.

We're on a mission to combat food waste and make the most of the incredible abundance of produce from highly skilled farmers in the fertile Robson Valley. Seasonal surpluses, short seasons, limited preservation options, and restricted market access were causing precious food to go to waste. That's when we decided to step in and start dehydrating and preserving the local excess and misfit produce, finding creative ways to utilize it once it became shelf-stable. And let us tell you, the flavours are unbeatable!

Our commitment to quality shines through in every product we offer. We use only naturally grown ingredients, without any fertilizers or chemicals. There are no preservatives, additives, or fillers in our products. Each item is carefully hand-harvested, non-irradiated, and processed in small batches right here in the breathtaking Canadian Rockies. We even forage locally for many of our ingredients. For the items we can't grow in our Northern BC climate, we diligently source them from like-minded suppliers who share our passion for quality natural foods.
